I currently maintain two R packages, publicly available on GitHub:

• GeometricMorphometricsMix
• resampleWGCNA

GeometricMorphometricsMix is essentially a collection of quite disparate functions, to perform all sort of tasks in the general area of geometric morphometrics.

It started as a way to help the students of my course in Geometric Morphometrics. It slowly evolved into something more, where I place various functions that are not available elsewhere and that I think could be useful to other researchers.

resampleWGCNA performs additional analyses on the results obtained with the package WGCNA, which allow to perform analyses of gene co-expression.
